I would really like to thank my instructor for accompanying me through this course. It was REALLY great! I learned a lot of new information and I have used them already on several occasions (for example Biological Olympiade, school biology, at a scout competition, infront of family or friends...). The only bad(?) thing is that I know them in English and not Czech - several times I needed to stop and think how I would tell it in Czech :-) Anyway, my English has a lot improved. I felt it the most last week during the examination from English in the school. I used a lot of words I learned in the course (and get the best mark - 1). I really appreciate that the course wasn't just about reading something and then being examined from that. It was many times interactive and interesting! I've realized that I was always excited for the next lab even though it always took me about 2 to 3 hours... I liked that we also had the opportunity to meet online. At first I was afraid of it, but then I was glad for it. It definitely gave me the strength to keep going. I probably wouldn't mind if it happened more often.

The course gave me a lot, taught me a lot of new information and interesting things. I much prefer to look up information in English now and I am more familiar with terms in technical texts. The very extensive feedback I received for each assignment was very helpful. The only thing I would add is more video calls.

I really enjoyed the course and I found it very captivating. It touched on various fields of biology and that was ideal for me. I learned a lot of new information about biology and the format of the course was great. There was a lot of variety between the assignments and the form of giving the information was engaging. The course was very time consuming, yet I think it was wort it. I could always ask Ondra any questions and he helped me with my studies a lot with his thorough feedback. Overall, I really liked this course, and I am grateful for taking it.

I found this course very helpful. I've never been very good at English and I think I've gotten better at it. And I especially enjoy biology, I learned a lot of new information here that I had no idea about. I enjoyed it very much. And I have to say it was hard work, but it was worth it. And I plan to repeat my statements regularly, because our brains can forget everything quickly and I won't let him do it. I do not know where to start. The course was made really nice. I think it could not be better. I had a really nice instructor so i think thats the key. The motivation was very big from her, so I had a motivation to finish the course. Sylabus of course was made preciesly. I just think the description of the course on the official could be improved. By making questionnaire online for absolvents to write there real time spend on a course. It can be improved for all the courses.

I thought I will be worse at my overall score. I came to the course with an idea of improving my English. I think it was completed. I feel more comfortable in it. Sometimes it was so hard for me. I had hard times, i was stressed and delayed on another stuffs. Bu now I am so thankful to overcame myself. I am proud of myself to make it and finish it.

I would like to start by saying that I more than enjoyed this course! I must admit it was quite challenging for me at the beginning, but once I got used to the system and how the grading worked, it has become so much easier. You were also a big help in that, since you were always willing to help me and asnwer all my questions. What I especially enjoyed were the interactive assignments and labs, which allowed me to get a grasp on how the topics we learn can be used in the real world. This course will definitely be useful for me in the future and it made me even more sure that biology is something I definitely want ot focus on more in the future. I also appreciated the career recommendations!

First of all, I’d like to say that I very much enjoyed this course! I’m quite happy with my final results, as my goal was to have 95 (or more)% in the end, which I did obtain. Although it was time consuming and I had to postpone on more than one occasion, this course gave me a lot of knowledge and helped my time management and productivity in general. 

Next year I plan on taking AP Biology and I believe it will be much easier after this course. In the end, I’d like to thank you for being so nice and understanding!!!

I am really happy with this course and I am glad I took it. I also am satisfied with my grade because I tried to put a lot of effort into it. I am sure there are some things I could do better next time. Actually, I plan to do another course next year called „Anatomy and Physiology “. By this, I want to confirm that I know about all of my marks and evaluations and I would like to end this course with a short summary. Despite all the obstacles such as lack of time due to school, I deeply enjoyed this course. Looking back, I think this course has given me a lot and has definitely taught me a lot of new things. The last few months have been very demanding and I think that if I had more time for lessons and assignments, I would take even more from this course. Otherwise, I was delighted with everything and I am very grateful for our great and very helpful instructor, who always tried to meet my needs. To be honest, when I started I didn't know what to expect and my time management skills were really bad. I mean, they still are, but I learned a lot about how to improve them a little. I also learned a lot of new things that were really helpful to me and I hope that I didn't disappoint my teacher too much. This year has been rough for me in more ways than one and that kinda sucks, since I had to reschedule a lot of my assignments and didn't have time to do them sooner. 85 percent might not be too much, but I will try more next time and in all my future courses. I also learned a lot about myself and how to motivate myself to work even when I was feeling really badly. As I said, I will try to be a better student next time and I wish Pavlinka a little more responsible students than I was next time, so she won't have to deal with rescheduling all the due dates for the assignments.
